Milena Ďuricová
Milena Ďuricová was born January 14, 1961 in Hlohovec. In 1985 she completed studies at the Faculty of Education in Nitra, Department of Slovak language – Art. Postgraduate studies in Theory of art education ended in 1987. From 1985 to 2005 she worked in education as a teacher II. st. School.
To active creative life she came in 2001 and has so far presented their works at 15 solo exhibitions in Slovakia and in 2007 represented Slovakia in the collective exhibitions in Belgian De Panne. In 2005, she has shut down teachers and fully dedicated to the artist’s career
The main topic of her work is the female world in various forms, situations and moods, by inspiration from the world of flora and fauna. The poetics of her paintings is the result of search for new themes, techniques and procedures.
The effort of the author is revealing the beauty of our world and transform it into the designs. Speech her paintings is on the one hand, subjective, quiet and on the other, dynamic and full of life. Her immediately strong interrest, but rather breathe in harmony and peace. They are located in galleries in Slovakia, as well as private collections in Australia, England, Belgium, the Czech Republic, France, the Netherlands, Canada, Kuwait, Germany, Poland, Austria, Sudan, Switzerland in Italy, the USA, Venezuela, and elsewhere.
She currently lives Slovak picturesque village near the town of Hlohovec.
