Michal Mach

Michal Mach, born in 1981, has been surrounded with paintings thanks to his father since early childhood and joined first local exhibitions at the age of 18. Though his next years led away from arts, the great Patagonian master Georg Miciu inflamed his passion for painting again.

Georg invited him to the other side of the world to Patagonia to paint with him for three weeks. Since that time, Georg became his mentor, leading him through the mysteries of landscape painting.

He met and worked also with another Patagonian painter, Guido Ferrari, also a disciple of Georg, who became his brother in art. Their collaboration resulted in common exhibiting in Slovakia and Austria. Solo exhibitions took place in Bratislava and also his home town, Pezinok. He also contributes regularly to the art salon of Bratislava region in Modra.

Michal keeps searching for vital visual experiences both in nature and in the city and tries to convey them to those who can see his works live, on the web or decide to uplift their homes.
