Joint Author Exhibition (Photo/Video)

On Friday, April 17, 2015, the ceremonial opening of a dual-author exhibition took place in the Glass Pavilion of the Čereňany Manor Park.

The exhibition featured works by two young artists – Zuzana Lexmannová and Marián Králik. Lexmannová presented a cross-section of her work through three series: Opolnocka, Mutants, and Figure Studies. Králik introduced his metal sculptures, both for interior and exterior spaces.

In addition to the organizer’s opening remarks, both artists were present and spoke about their work. Their artistic output was also reflected upon by Silvester Lavrík, who served as the exhibition’s curator.

The evening concluded with a short musical performance by a guitar duo from Prievidza – Mr. Mečiar and Mr. Csovari. Refreshments were provided by Marián Filo and his team from the Afrodita Restaurant in Čereňany.
