My name is Jana Brcková, I was born in 1966 in Partizánske. The world of colors fascinated me since childhood, I liked to paint, I felt the pleasant energy of experiences and stories that were created on the canvas. My world has changed into a world of paints and brushes. I admire the color of nature, everything that life and the environment brings to my world, and with my feelings I transfer it to the painting of Abstraction. Art has become my life, freedom, emotions and abstract painting full of beauty. I have lived in Snina in eastern Slovakia since 1975. My dream was to study at ŠUV in Košice, but my path changed in a different direction. I used painting for my pleasure. I paint with acrylic paints and complement my paintings with various techniques, objects, gluing and structures. I am self-taught and my journey of creating a painting is full of creativity and ideas, which always complete the overall result of Abstract Creation with colors, which is original, exceptional, unique and free. I draw my inspiration in the peaceful harmony of nature, at sunset or just by looking at the sky, where I find my Self in my thoughts. Each of my new Abstract works is a new world of fantasy and my feelings, a world of freedom and the mysteries of my world of beauty. My painting world is in my whole household and our interior breathes my work and the colors of the paintings. I have no art education and do not consider myself an artist in the true sense of the word. I'm not organized anywhere. Abstract Art is my world and life.
