Daša Ďurišova

In 2016 Daša Ďurišová has absolved her study at the Academy of fine arts at departmet of free fine arts in Banská Bystrica. Dáša Ďurišová was born 25th of April in 1990 in Bánovce nad Bebravou, where she currently live and devote in artistic creation with Jakub Lipták. During their study they have absolved some of their collective exhibitions at home and abroad. Young artists represent their autorial creation under the name of dreva.

Daša is painting acrylic on the canvas. She is inspired by the segmentation of country and mountains, which she has stylized into the geometric shapes. Colourfulness is adjusted to the atmospheric phenomenons and season periods in the mountains, as well as moods and feelings of the author

Daša and Jakub have cooperated in dreva, which represents collection of fresh  objects for interior with its own story. The story, that came into existence many years ago in our woods and was waiting to be discovered and completed in the atelier. Every object represents an original artistic approach and sensitive processing.  From the wood have become works, mounted on pedestal where their nature stands out. Gentle colour details, polychrome by 24th carat gold, artful cuts and structures completes the shape.
