I have been devoted to artistic creation since childhood. My creative work started with a children‘s game, one that I never stopped playing to this day. I grew up in my mother‘s ceramics atelier and here I made my first ceramics and paintings. We were often visited by various artists and actors and a puppet theatre was frequently conducted here. My childhood was marked with diffusion of dream worlds, from fairy tale to fairy tale. Reality and dream had a thin boundary. All my subsequent school studies were a mere cultivation of this early creative period. In high school, the School of Applied Arts Jozefa Vydru in Bratislava, I studied artistic processing of ceramics and porcelain. My desire to create dream worlds brought me to the study of puppetry stage and costume design at VŠMU (Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts) in Bratislava. After studies I have found my freedom in painting pictures, bigger interior paintings and occasional creation of ceramics. My production is about pure happiness, playfulness, dreaming, beauty and finding of one’s own inner light. Reality and dream continue to have thin boundary.
And the truest of all realities is our most beautiful image of ourselves.
